First clean is to clean windows by removing all paint, texture, tape residue, and dust from glass and frames. There will be a quick sweep out of the house, wipe down shelves and countertops. At this time we will not go inside the cabinets, unless you request it.

This service can be done at any time to make the house look presentable.

All walls, woodwork, thresholds, light fixtures, and appliances cleaned. By removing as much dirt and dust as possible before carpet goes down you will have the perfect condition for your carpets to go down.

The cleaning you need just before you walk the house with a client. We will clean appliances, countertops, floors, cabinets, fans and fixtures. Windows can be re-cleaned at customers request.

Just before the client moves in the house will sparkle. The house will be thoroughly cleaned and detailed as needed. Air filters can be changed at customers request.

This can be done on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. A quick clean on a completed spec, model, or office to make the house look good for traffic.
